My name is Anna, and I am fully trained, with professional qualification of Transport Management, passed February 2025, but experienced for over a decade within transport and logistics sector.

In first step I want to introduce our small team: My partner, who his journey has started as delivery man in Poland, than Bus driver, and finally in UK, as HGV driver.

Me, Anna, who started transport work in front desk, to brief drivers and finish their work, in next step moved to planning team, and than finally have achieved supervisor and manager position. Year ago, I have decided to develop more, and eventually get full qualification, by attending to course and passing TM CPC exam.

Our love to this industry, and the fact we know transport and logistics very well, is now giving us great feedback from our customers.

We have both learned many things. However, the most important thing was to treat others in the same way as we wish to be treated. 

As a transport manager, I am working in a position to show customers, drivers,  and co-workers, that understanding each other's needs should always be in the first place. This allows us to find the best solutions, and satisfy each other's needs.

Drivers can see, that we understand how hard, risky and important job they do, and how huge responsibility they have. Also, the fact that they are regularly getting training from us, is showing our great engagement.

Finally, our company is working as one family, with respect of all rules requested by Traffic Commissioner, to ensure that we are legally running our operation center .

In terms of technical site:

We are using own inspector, same as we are engaged with external mechanical garages, to ensure our vehicles are fully serviced, and maintained, safe to use on public roads.

All listed above is what I do as external transport manager. However, it is also support, I can provide each of you with advice, getting the best solutions to solve any of your issues.
