My name is Anna Klisz, and I am fully trained, with professional qualification of Transport Management, passed February 2025, but experienced for over a decade within transport and logistics sector.

Started working as driver de-briefer, went through coordination and planning, ended up as supervisor and manager .

First step I have took, in third parties companies, directly or via work agency, than started own transport and logistics company in 2012, with business and life partner, who also, on that time, has been involved in transport industry for over 20 years already, as PSV and than HGV driver.

Our love to this industry and the fact we have known transport and logistics very well, which we ware developing year after year, since we have started, is now giving us great feedback, from our customers.

We both have learned many things, however the most important was to tread others as we wish to be treated.

As a transport manager, I am working in position to show customers, drivers, and co-workers, that understanding each others needs should always be in first place. This is also allowing us to finding best solutions, and satisfy each of us needs.

Customers always feel , as we know what they expecting and how to provide them best service, even if sometimes late’s or other issues shows up.

Drivers can see, that we understand how hard, risky and important job they do, and how big responsibility they have. Also, the fact that they have to keep training, and refreshing their knowledge of regulations they have to follow every day - this fact is prioritized, by providing them support on daily basis.

Our team always works together, so the performance is much higher, as we are listening to each other.

Finally, our full company is working as one big family, and flowing all rules requested by Traffic Commissioner, to ensure that we are legally running our operation center and providing services.

This all includes: taking care of trucks, WTD, driving time and much more.

We use own inspector, same as we are engaged with external mechanical garages, to ensure our vehicles are fully serviced, and maintained, safe to use on public roads.

The above is all I do as External transport manager to my customers, and additionally can support each of you, with great advise and finding solutions to repair any of your issues, which are generating risk or already putted you in red color in OCRS scale.

I believe that team work has most effective power to change things, which often looks bad, to better and eventually working in requested order.
